1. Getting Started

To use ToChat, create an account using your email or phone number. After registration, complete your profile to start connecting with others.

2. Account Issues

If you are unable to log in, try resetting your password. Make sure you are using the correct email or phone number linked to your account.

3. Safety & Reporting

If someone is behaving inappropriately, you can report or block them directly from their profile or chat. Our moderation team reviews all reports.

4. Messaging Problems

If messages are not sending, check your internet connection and refresh the app. Persistent issues may require logging out and back in.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features may not activate immediately. If you were charged but don’t see premium access, contact support with your payment receipt.

6. Privacy Questions

You can review how your data is used in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
